1. Order Cancellations:
• If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed or approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Once the order has left the shipping warehouse, a ₹50 deduction will apply for cancellations.
2. Return Policy:
• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A ₹50 deduction will apply for returns to cover processing and shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
• COD orders will have a specified shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
• Customers must record an unboxing video when receiving their order.
• This video will help us verify and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
